The Halloween Dance for Stone will be on Friday, October 25 immediately after school until 5:30pm. Students will be allowed to wear costumes to school. School appropriate dress must be followed. No masks. No weapons. No gory or violent costumes or accessories. Tickets are $10 and include entry to dance and free food and drink all night. Tickets will be sold on Wednesday, October 23 and Thursday, October 24 during lunches in the cafeteria. Tickets will only be available at the door the day of the dance. PERMISSION SLIPS ARE REQUIRED. October is Bullying Prevention Month!
This Week's Challenge: Perform at least one Random Act of Kindness each day this week!


The Annual Title 1 Meeting will be on Tuesday, October 29 from 5:30pm-6:00pm in the Media Center. See image for details.


Who says middle schoolers shouldn't date? The best place for a date is in the library, of course. Ms. Bentley's and Ms.Wolf's ELA classes came into the library this week for a round of speed dating with books. Ms. Maggio chose books from the horror genre section for the spooky month of October! Many may have found true love and decided to take their date home. 🤣







Spanish classes spent time this week using the culinary facilities and preparing and cooking food, as they wrapped up Hispanic Heritage month.







On Tuesday, October 22, there will be a basketball fundraising event at the Stone gym starting at 6:00pm. Come watch the Faculty vs.1st Responders game. Tickets are $5. See attached image for more details.

Come out and support our Stone boys basketball team as they battle Kennedy in the 2024 playoff game. The winner of this game goes to the Championship Game on Thursday, October 17th. The game will be at 6:00pm at Kennedy Middle School.


Monday, October 14 is a Student Holiday/Teacher Workday. There is no school on Monday.

Due to the intensification of Hurricane Milton, Brevard Public Schools will be observing an early release schedule tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/8. We will be following normal early dismissal procedures (Friday schedule). All after school activities will be canceled for Tuesday, 10/08.
