Stone Culinary students had a great time visiting Palm Bay Magnet High School's culinary program on a field trip today. Chef Ho and his sous chef's were so hospitable! They learned how to make potstickers, proper cleaning and sanitizing of a kitchen, and of course, how to box and prepare take out! As a parting gift, Chef Ho gave all the students aprons! What a fantastic experience and fantastic program at PBMHS! Thank you for hosting Stone!

Students learned about the electoral college in Civics classes with a Coke vs. Pepsi challenge on Tuesday by participating as electors of different states and casting the vote for their state.  They then used 270towin.com to fill in a blank map to see how each period voted. Coke won 5 of the 6 class periods with the votes coming in very close in some classes!
