We have started a new attendance contest! Every two weeks, students with perfect attendance (0 period absences/0 tardies) will receive 5 PBIS store points to shop with!!! We had 9 students complete our attendance challenge on Friday, December 5! The next attendance challenge runs from 12/8-12/19. Let's get those numbers up!

Stone AVID and eSport students competed in the BPS 2025 Innovation Games on Friday 11/21. AVID students competed in the STEAM Video Contest. They placed second in the county! The eSports team competed in Smash Bros. Students were able to participate in a variety of activities and even watch a bomb squad robot in action.

The Brevard Schools Foundations recognized the newest cohort of teacher fellows at the November 18 school board meeting. Stone's principal, Ms. Feronti-Williams, had the honor of pinning Stone science teacher, Ms. Knowles, into The Teacher Leadership Council Fellowship Program.
Stone & all of BPS will be closed for Thanksgiving break from November 22-30. See you 12/1!

Science research students were able to study the effects of microplastics on marine ecology. Students studied sea monkeys under black lights to illustrate the consumption and interconnections of microplastics in the food web.
